Bulk orders are purchases that consist of 100+ items of the same style.

We offer bulk discounts to 

  • Hospitals and Clinics, including Gift Shops
  • To Individuals and Organizations Choosing to Gift or Donate Our Products
  • To Organizations and Groups launching a fundraiser to support multiple patients

To receive more information about our pricing or to receive a quote on a potential order, send us a note at customercare@inspiredcomforts.com with as much specificity regarding the order as possible:

  1. Exact URL, colors, sizes and quantity you are interested in
  2. The specific reason for the bulk order
  3. The address you would like the order shipped to
  4. Date order must arrive by
  5. Any potential plans to reorder this product in the future
Once we receive your email, we will get back to you regarding whether or not we are able to fulfill the order.

Once you’ve received your quote and determined that you’d like to proceed, we will send you an invoice. At that time, we will also ask for your payment information. You will be able to review your invoice and confirm your order before proceeding to payment.

Upon receipt of your payment information, we will place your order and will follow up with your receipt as well as tracking information when your order has shipped.

[icon:theme-135] Do you fulfill international bulk orders?

We consider and process international order requests on a case-by-case basis.

[icon:theme-064] Do you offer samples?

We do not send out samples at this time. If you would like to sample a product before ordering, please place an order directly through our website’s standard checkout process.

[icon:theme-081] Do you offer embroidery/screen printing/other customization services on your products?

For some products we may be able to consider some customization requests. Please include details of customizations you would like in your note to us.

Can I bulk order items that are out of stock?

If a specific color/size of a product you’d like to bulk order is out of stock on our website or only available for pre-order, feel free to still let us know of your interest in your note. We’ll consider each bulk order on a case-by-case basis.

We are unable to accept returns of bulk orders at this time.

[icon:theme-116] Shipping / Delivery

What shipping options do you offer for bulk orders and how long do they take to arrive?

We ship all bulk orders with complimentary Ground Shipping. Depending on the details of your order, it may take 2-4 weeks for us to ship the order. If you ever need an order more quickly, we can ship it via UPS 2-Day Shipping for an additional fee.

Can I use my own FedEx/UPS account for bulk orders?

No. We can only ship bulk orders through our warehouse via UPS. We cannot overnight packages nor ship via third party accounts.



Do you offer discounts? How big of a discount can I expect on my order?

We do offer discounts on qualifying bulk orders.

Discounts are largely dependent upon a variety of factors such as the style, size, color and quantity of the products you order. Upon acquiring information from you about your bulk order request, we will determine an appropriate bulk discount that we can offer you.

What forms of payment do you accept on bulk orders?

We accept payment by credit card. Please note that we are only able to place your bulk order once we have received payment.

Do you charge sales tax on bulk orders?

We charge sales tax on bulk orders shipping to select states in accordance with their local tax ordinances.
