Customer Support

Our customer support is available from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. If we are not available, please drop your email in your message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We do not offer phone support at this time. However, you can leave a voicemail, send us a message via the chat box at the bottom of our website, or email us.

Normally we don't provide support during weekends, except for urgent cases. In these cases, you only need to mark “Urgent” in your email, we will get back to you ASAP.

We currently only ship within the USA, except for bulk orders.

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Absolutely. We use secure payment processing and do not store your credit card information.

Yes, we offer gift cards in various denominations on our collection pages. Please contact us if you require a different denomination and we will send you a custom link.

Order Issues

Sometimes items are shipped in multiple packages and our tracking software only shares tracking details of the first package. Please know that your package is on the way and should arrive soon.

Please contact us via email and include your order number, describe the issue and include a picture, if relevant.

If you need to add, remove or edit an item in your order, please email us with your order number and we will try to cancel it if it hasn't shipped. We request you to then place a new order. For orders that have already shipped, we request you to return the items when received and place a new order with the updated items you need.

Packages can sometimes take unexpected routes. Unfortunately, we do not have direct insight into the tracking as we rely on third-party logistic services. Please trust that even if a package may not seem to be the most direct route to you, it will get to you in an efficient manner.
