Shipping

When you're ordering recovery clothing, timing matters. We work to get your order out quickly so it arrives when you need it most.

Processing & Delivery

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50
  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Express shipping (2 business days) and next-day delivery available at checkout on qualifying orders
  • Tracking information is emailed once your order ships

International Orders

We currently offer international shipping on bulk orders only. Email customercare@inspiredcomforts.com for rates and details.

A Few Things to Know

  • Multiple items may arrive in separate packages
  • Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays
  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't redirect orders once they ship
  • If a package is lost or stolen, contact us right away and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it

Returns

We design every product to get it right the first time — but recovery is unpredictable, and we understand that sometimes an item isn't the right fit.

Return Policy

  • 30-day return window from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging
  • To start a return, email customercare@inspiredcomforts.com with your order number — we'll send you a return label and instructions
  • A small return shipping fee is deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item

Exchanges

Need a different size? Email us and we'll help you find the right one. We process exchanges as a return and new order so you get the replacement as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If something arrives damaged or defective, email us within 10 days with a photo. We'll replace it or issue a full refund including return shipping.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or have tags removed
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Not Sure About Sizing?

Recovery clothing often fits differently than everyday clothes — swelling, drains, and limited mobility all change what the right size means. Message us before you order. We help people find the right fit every day, and we'd rather get it right the first time than process a return.
